Review: Fire and Desire by Brenda Jackson
Two years ago, Corinthians Avery decided to act on her desire for Dex Madaris by sneaking into his hotel room. It would have been a good plan if not for the fact that he was not there; Travis Grant was. She has spent the past two years trying to forget her embarrassment as well as avoiding Trevor. Now the two are at the same summit in South America and Trevor decides to not let her avoid him any longer. When terrorists attack their hotel, Trevor and Corinthians escape together. Corinthians has no choice but to trust Trevor with her life and her desires as they cannot stop but give in to the heat between them. Their one night together changes everything.
Brenda Jackson creates some of the best heroes and heroines around. Trevor Grant is sexy, strong, capable and, oh yes, sexy. Neither one could forget that night two years ago but even after two years, neither had addressed it. Now was the time. The terrorism plot was excellently done with more than a few surprises designed to keep us on the edge of our seats. Alone together and under fire, Trevor and Corinthians took that fire and turned it into desire. Fire and Desire is what romance is all about. Brenda Jackson’s talent is evident on each page of Fire and Desire.
