Review: Falling For You by Linda Engman
After the worst year of her life, widow Heather Grant returns home to Cedar Point with her kids to move on with her life, what she doesn’t expect is to find a gruff man with his arms around her cradling her as all the emotions she has kept at bay are released. Hockey star Cooper Gerhardt finds himself unexpectedly drawn to the vulnerable woman in his arms, after weeks of hoping to bump into her again he finally gets his chance but is quickly running the other way when her realizes she deserves more than a roll in the hay with him. Despite both having trust issues from their pasts, Heather and Cooper are unable to stay away from one another as they find themselves falling for each other.
I really enjoyed this story. Cooper is a bit of an enigma, he has a hard exterior but when he is with Heather all that pent up tension you see him struggling with softens and you are blown away. Highly recommend.
