REVIEW: SAVING TAMPA BY JO WEBNAR

When Psychic Rachel Cunningham catches a hint of danger from a chance brush against an unknown person, she knows she must report it. Yet she’s also aware of what most people think of her and her supposed “gift”. Still, she gathers up her courage and reports her suspicions to FBI Agent Hawk Aarons, who promptly brushes her off.

While Hawk initially thinks Rachel is a publicity hound, he soon beings to doubt his first impressions. He quickly learns her feelings are right on the mark when she identifies a known Al Qaida cell leader. Since Hawk knows he must do everything in his power to catch the terrorists before it’s too late, he teams up with Rachel to try and catch them using her powers. But perhaps most startling of all is the attraction he feels for her…after all, this is most definitely not the time to notice her as a woman. Still…no accounting for timing…especially when Saving Tampa is all they should be concentrating on.

As they close in on the terrorists, it’s a race against time. Hawk and Rachel must find and capture the men before something unspeakable happens, something which threatens them and everything they hold dear. Will they make it in time?

Ms. Webnar’s Saving Tampa is a suspense filled story you don’t want to miss! Readers will be quickly ensnared with the wonderfully realistic characters and twisting, turning plot, not to mention the sizzling chemistry. The tension between Rachel and Hawk is maintained throughout the tale and skillfully balanced with the suspense of tracking the terrorists. There’s also plenty of action as these two seemingly different people from different worlds come together to stop evil. Enjoy! I know I did.
