REVIEW: BEWITCHED – SANDRA SCHWAB

Orphaned witch Amelia Bourne loves to experiment – but it’s a shame that her experiments always seem to turn into complete and utter disasters. Her latest “experiment” has resulted in the family home turning a less than becoming shade of blue, so as a punishment, her uncle decides that it’s high time Amelia was introduced in polite society, so she is dispatched off to London – minus her magic powers – and ordered to find a suitable husband who would hopefully calm her down and make her grow up!

In London, Amy’s stunning beauty soon has a trail of eligible bachelors leading a path to her door. When Amy encounters the handsome, rakish and devastatingly attractive, Sebastian “Fox” Stapleton, Amy is rather taken aback by him, but she soon finds herself unable to stop thinking about the sinfully sexy gentleman. But is he as good as he seems? Is he really the man for her? Or is there more to Fox than meets the eye?

When Amy goes to Fox’s country estate, Rawdon Park, she begins to wonder whether what she and Sebastian share is true love – or whether it’s just an illusion brought about by a sip of punch that has changed her life forever. Will Amy’s hopes for a future with Fox come crashing down round her ears? Is her relationship with him based on a complete and utter lie? Have dark forces taken a hold on her heart? Or is true love the only force responsible for bringing her and Fox together?
